Behind these walls
Where do we draw the boundaries of the room?
Is the motif included?
Is the paint that makes up the motif included?
The layer of paint behind the visible?
The wall panel?
The in between?

Or does the room perhaps start with us?
Aren't we always in the middle?
With a forced perspective I expand the room and by grinding away paint I dig into the physically available surface. The site's previous installations emerge and become part of the new motif. I once again find correlation between space and time, as I dig into the actual matter of time.
